This recipe was inspired by my kiddos.
They both love Mac and Cheese and Sloppy Joes, but they are both SO messy.
I wanted to come up with something I could toss into their school lunches or eat on the way to practice on busy weeknights.
That’s when I decided to take the ground beef mixture that I use for Sloppy Joes, add in some Macaroni and Cheese and stuff it all into a biscuit – YUMMMMM!
This recipe makes a great easy dinner idea but is also perfect for school lunches, after school snacks, and a crowd pleasing potluck appetizer.
Made with pantry staples in just 30 minutes, this recipe is sure to make a regular appearance in your monthly meal planning menu!

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Biscuit Dough
- 1 lb. of Hamburger
- 1 can of Sloppy Joe Mix
- 1 box of Mac and Cheese (prepared)
- 4 tablespoons of Melted Butter

- 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

Step by Step Directions:
- Start by browning and draining your hamburger in a large nonstick skillet. Add in 1 can of classic sloppy joe mix and set aside.

- Place a spoonful of sloppy joe mix and a spoonful of prepared mac and cheese into the middle of the rolled-out biscuit.
