S’mores Pancakes Recipe
Here is everything you need to whip up this delicious treat for your family or friends!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes per pancake
Servings: Roughly 10 Pancakes
Ingredients

- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup of Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1 ½ cups of Whole Milk
- 1 ½ cups of Flour
- 4 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- ½ a teaspoon of Salt
- 3 tablespoons of Sugar
- 3 tablespoons of Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
- ½ cup of Finely Processed Graham Crackers
- 1 cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
- Marshmallow Fluff (for topping)
- Mini Marshmallows (for topping)
- Crushed Graham Crackers (for topping)
- Syrup (for topping, if desired)
- Extra Butter (for skillet)
You Will Also Need
- Griddle or Skillet
- Piping Bags (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions
1) Start by adding your flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, and processed graham crackers to a large bowl. Whisk everything together until it is well combined.

2) Add in your egg, melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together until the batter is smooth.

3) For less mess and perfectly round pancakes, pour your batter into a piping bag. Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat and grease it well with butter. Cooking these low and slow is the secret to fluffy pancakes!
4) Pipe the batter into the center of the skillet. Cook until the edges look cooked through and the bubbles on top begin to pop. Then, quickly flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown. Set the cooked pancake aside. Repeat this process until all the batter is used.
5) Now, it’s time to build your stack! Place a pancake on your serving plate. Add some marshmallow fluff to another piping bag and pipe a layer on top of your pancake. Place another pancake on top of the fluff. Repeat until your stack is as tall as you want.

6) Place your milk chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for one minute. Whisk until the chocolate ganache is smooth. Pour it over the top of your pancake stack.

7) Top with mini marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers. Serve with syrup if you like. Enjoy!
